Centre Manager (BCRC)

Boddington Community Resource Centre (CRC) is a community managed not-for-profit organisation committed to servicing the regional community of Boddington providing a diverse range of community services for families living within surrounding areas.  The CRC works in a partnership arrangement with a variety of organisation’s in the delivery of key services to the community.  

 

The Mission of the CRC is to develop skills, create opportunities and provide a range of services to the local community.

 

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified, energetic and motivated individuals who believe they possess the characteristics required to fulfil the Centre Manager role and join our dynamic team.

 

The responsibilities will include leading and managing the Boddington Community Resource Centre, that includes but not limited to promotion, people, finances, volunteers, members of the community and committee, program/project management including external funding applications, events, preparation of budgets, identification of resources and development,  implementation and reporting on existing and new contracts.  To meet the expectations of this position you will need to demonstrate your experience in working within a community development or community centre environment, leadership and management, relationship development, communication, interpersonal conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills together with being able to work with Aboriginal and diverse communities. Possession of an appropriate tertiary qualification will be well regarded.
